This “Low Turn-On” capability allows you to replenish large 24V battery banks while idling at anchor, significantly reducing noise and fuel consumption compared to running a dedicated generator.
• Native 24V Efficiency: Unlike many alternators that adapt 12V components for 24V use, the ARCO Zeus A4000 utilises a native 24V rotor and field current. This architectural advantage results in a more efficient electrical conversion and allows the unit to run significantly cooler. By reducing internal heat, the A4000 maintains higher sustained amperage for longer periods and ensures a longer service life for the alternator’s internal electronics.
